These are the Rules and Qualifications for La Cuarta Entrega de Los Premios Tejano Mundial 2024 for ENTERTAINER of the YEAR:

 

 The Artist must have performed LIVE between January 1 2023 and December 31 2023.

Additional considerations for the same period:

Success at radio, music videos, vocal performances, and digital media.
