These are the Rules and Qualifications for La Quinta Entrega de Los Premios Tejano Mundial 2025 for ENTERTAINER of the YEAR:

 

 The Artist must have performed LIVE between January 1 2024 and December 31 2024.

Additional considerations for the same period:

Success at radio, music videos, vocal performances, and digital media.
